The outlook for jobs for lawyers and paralegal jobs in Orange County is strong. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a 22.3% growth in jobs for lawyers between 2002 and 2012 and 29.5% growth in paralegal jobs. Oddly, employment numbers for law clerks are predicted to hold steady (neither gaining nor losing) during the same time span. Meanwhile, the number of jobs for law enforcement workers is predicted to increase 12.7%, while a 32.1% growth is projected for private detectives and investigators.
